Report gathered by IPOB intelligence unit has it that after the Radio Biafra program by Mazi Chinasa Nworu on 17/05/2023 on the high level of criminality happening in Achalla ,Awka North ,Anambra state and the plans by Anambra commissioner of Homeland security Hon Chikodili Anara (Igbakigba Amanuke) using the activities of these criminal to tarnish the / image .

There is currently an influx of more criminals and kidnappers operating in other parts of the Anambra whom where asked to retreat to their mother camp in Achalla axis , for few days now and a great number of these kidnappers and car snatchers are moving into these communities and there is so much fear among the residents of these areas and there is need to inform the general public for security reasons .

Therefore, all operatives are instructed to be on high alert in these axis that are witnessing influx of unknown individuals into these communities ; IGBARIAM TOWN, ACHALLA TOWN, AMANUKE TOWN, UGBENE TOWN UKWULU TOWN, NANDO TOWN , URUM TOWN
MGBAKWU TOWN, ISUANA OCHA TOWN, EBENEBE TOWN, THE WHOLE OF AWKA NORTH INCLUDING AYAMELUM AND OYI LOCAL GOVERNMENT of Anambra state .

The influx of Fulani herdsmen into these communities mentioned above is causing high tension in these areas as villagers are warned not to come to their farms or risk being killed . Thousands of acres of Farm land belonging to Communities were forceful taken from the indigenes and sold to the Myetti Allah by Commissioner of Homeland security Hon Chikodili Anara (Igbakigba Amanuke).

These communities are been terrorized by the Fulanis terrorist herdsmen especially : Nnaobi , Agunata and Ngwo Agulu these are boundary communities between Achalla and Amanuke the home town of Anambra commissioner of Homeland security Hon Chikodili Anara (+234 803 672 3134 Igbakigba) Biafrans can ask him his motives for selling the ancestral and farming land of these communities to Myetti Allah .

Furthermore , both the criminal and kidnappers are camping just a stone thrown from each group in these communities, that shows that something is seriously wrong among those the state government entrusted the security of the state into their hands especially the politicians and government appointed personals working with Governor Chukwuma Soludo .

However , this report is made public for security awareness in Anambra as ESN will respond swiftly against these criminal groups set up to tarnish the image of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu , and .

This ex police officer by name Mr Sabastine Otti, aka Gaze, a retired police officer from Umuamadiodi Mgbala Agwa with this phone number, 08037785515 is behind the disappearance of many IPOB members in Izombe and Oguta in Imo state .

He masterminded the abduction of many IPOB members together with Ebubeagu and DSS.
To our utmost surprise many that were release from DSS custody died after some weeks or months and for this particular reason the ESN command have declared this man wanted for the all the atrocities committed against our people .
IPOB/ ESN must as a matter of urgency alert IPOB/ESN Criminal Investigation unit any where they found this retired police officer . ESN must get hold of this man within the short period of time .
He cannot go free for all those he killed .

Memo To IPOB Families Worldwide, Supporters of Our Self Determination Movement and Lovers of Freedom.

It has become very imperative for the Directorate of State of the Indigenous people of Biafra (DOS) to make this very important affirmations and reiteration on some pertinent issues.
i. The leader of this great Movement, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Worldwide is Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
ii. The Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra is the Apex administrative Institution saddled with the responsibility of running the day-to-day affairs of IPOB worldwide.
iii. All IPOB Continental Representatives, National Coordinators, State Coordinators, Zonal, Local government and Unit Coordinators report to the Directorate of State through our established Chain of Command.
iv. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has made it clear on several occasions that no member of his family is involved in the running of IPOB worldwide,
v. No sibling of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide is a principal servant or official in the administration of IPOB.
vi. No Sibling of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a member of the IPOB's Directorate of State (DOS).
vii. The DOS has never and will never send any sibling of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra to represent IPOB in any meeting with politicians in Biafraland be it governors Senators, House of Rep members, State Assembly members or individuals for that matter.
viii. If any such meeting ever took place or planned to hold in the future, the Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra was never aware of it or sanctioned it.
ix. The Indigenous People of Biafra is a well-structured movement running a Quasi-National Institutions for the liberty, Freedom and well being of the Biafran people. To this effect:
x. The official Press Statement of the Indigenous People of Biafra is signed exclusively by IPOB's Media and Publicity Secretary in the person of Emma Powerful.
xi. No sibling of our leader has the mandate to issue Press Statements on behalf of IPOB and cannot instruct the Media and Publicity Secretary to do so without passing through the DOS.
xii. IPOB does not have any position of service or office called IPOB Spokesperson.
xiii. The governors of the South East, politicians of Biafran extraction, private individuals, the Nigerian Media and Journalists should take note of this Memo as the Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra worldwide will on no account take responsibility or be held to account as a result of actions of person(s) including the siblings of our leader, purporting to represent or act in the name of or on behalf of the IPOB Directorate of State or leaderships.
xiv. AS it concerns the continued Illegal detention and torture of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the indigenous People of Biafra worldwide, our position is very clear. Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu must be released forthwith judgement of the Nigerian Court of Appeal a superior court of competent jurisdiction delivered on the 14th of October 2022.
