MBC TO USE NEWLY ACQUIRED BOX LENSES, HD CAMERAS AT KAMUZU STADIUM
The Football fraternity is in for a treat of crystal clear pictures this afternoon as MBC will for the first time use its newly acquired box lenses and new HD camera heads for the TNM Super League game involving FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and Mighty Tigers at Kamuzu Stadium.
Earlier this year, MBC received a donation of box lenses and MBC invested K25 million to buy new HD Camera heads to match the equipment and offer soccer-loving Malawians quality football productions.
MBC Public Relations and Customer Affairs Manager, Chisomo Mwamadi, said the new equipment is a milestone as it amplifies MBC’s commitment to offer football followers quality soccer matches.
“We have tested the equipment and we are certain of beaming crystal clear pictures," Mwamadi said.
The match scheduled for 2:30 pm will be live on MBC TV1, MBC2OntheGo, Radio 2FM, and Airtel TV among other platforms.
Recently when MBC received a donation of some equipment, Director General, George, Kasakula, stressed the need for various organizations to continue supporting the public broadcaster so that it continues to deliver its mandate of informing, educating and entertaining the public better.
