Pavlina Pizova and her partner Ondrej Petr set off to hike the Routeburn track on the 26 of July 2016. Prior to setting off, the couple had been advised not to tackle the route during winter as avalanches were common and it was known to be difficult however, there hadn’t been any snow fall for weeks so the couple decided to give it a shot anyway.
A series of costly errors would lead to fatal consequences as their dream hike soon turned into the hike from hell. ICON Park opened on the 4th of May 2015, in the heart of Orlando Florida to much excitement from the public. Tyre Sampson visited ICON Park to go on the rides. One of these rides known as the Orlando freefall was billed as the world’s tallest drop ride and infamously rose to fame in early 2022 after a horrific incident sent shockwaves not only around Orlando, but over the world as 14-year-old Tyre Sampson was flung from the ride to his death.
Around 10 minutes in, Sampson was dislodged from his seat. Passengers, friends and family watched in horror as Sampson hung on.

Neysi Perez was buried alive. One night in August after being awakened during the night to use the bathroom outside, Neysi collapsed. After she was buried. Neysis heartbroken grieving husband visited her grave to pay their respects. Whilst at the greave grave he began hearing noises, coming from below. They were noises of banging and screaming. The family began breaking through the concrete tomb.
According to Neysis cousin, when they pulled off the coffin lid her body was warm and there was a faint heart beat. Ms. Perez was transported in her coffin by truck to the local hospital in San Pedro Sula. Medical professionals attempted to revive her, but all of their tests revealed that she was clinically dead. Once Neysi was buried, she probably woke up a few hours later but died from oxygen deprivation in the tomb, a truly truly horrific way to die.

Sheck Exley began diving at the age of 16 and instantly fell in love with the extreme sport. To some people Sheck was a timid, soft spoken high school teacher in Florida, to most he was considered the world’s greatest cave diver and the best to have ever done it.
Exley explored and surveyed most of the well known deep-water cave systems over the next three decades that followed. He pioneered many of the fundamental cave diving procedures, tactics, and equipment in the process.
Sheck unfortunately passed away at the age of 45 while trying to set a depth record by diving the world's deepest sinkhole known as the Zatacon. This is his story. RIP Sheck.

On March 24th 1999, a fire broke out in the Mont Blanc tunnel. A freight truck caught fire while going through the Mont Blanc Tunnel, causing the accident. Other vehicles were caught in the tunnel, and firefighters were unable to approach the transport truck.
A total of 39 persons were killed. Major adjustments were made to the tunnel as a result of the incident to improve its safety.
