How to generate max frenzy/Rage without spear stabbing?

What you need:

Helm: Scold's Bridle
Armour: Pragmatism explorer armour

Charm (depends on what power charge you need) I use: Ngamahu Ruby, Valako's Topaz charm for rage and Frenzy

Skill to proc charges: Orb of storm, slotted on 2nd weapon set

Notable: Catalysis

Just spam orb of lighting or any mana consuming skills it will proc the charms and will give you the charges depending on what charm you use

This mechanic is good for pre-boss fights since it will give you the charges that you need especially if you are using the WS/ Glacial lance build.
