Raul Paul mentioned on Anthony Pompliano's podcast that real inflation is already below 2% and the environment is actually going to go deflationary towards the end of the year. This would mean that rents would potentially come down within the next 18 months. What are your thoughts on that? How are things looking in your market? Are you still adding more doors to your portfolio?
