As We Grow… Children's and Family Consignment is a locally owned small business and a staple in the Siler City community. Owner Rita Marley-McKenzie provides customers a wide selection of much needed items including furniture, clothing, and even toiletries.

Our team at Chatham Weekly became aware about too many instances where customers are unable to afford necessities and it struck a chord with us. We wanted to find a way to help both Rita and her customers.

Together, employees at Chatham Weekly were able to collect $500 to create a gift certificate that Rita can use to make sure every customer is able to purchase everything they need.

Thank you to Rita for all you do for this community!

This World Food Day, we'd like to recognize the impact that local food pantries play to ensure that every person in our community has access to nutritious food.

We give thanks to organizations like La Semilla and the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, along with Pastor Antonio Legra Juan, who allow us to give back to our community!
