I've been having a play with these Ammo Mig Oilbrushers,

I'll be making a full video at some stage but, initial thoughts are positive, some stand out points are:

Easy to work with, clean, no strong odors.
Easily reworkable.

Downsides, it takes days to day,
Doesn't like shiny surfaces and can clog up if used too heavily.

Will continue playing with them!

Happy Sunday boys and girls!

So, as we continue down the merry road of life, I find myself taking more interest in the maintenance side of the railway, specifically how that task is achieved on preserved and heritage railways - as that's where I get my inspiration for modelling.

So, I've attempted to turn this warwell into... something using what bits I had.

I feel the barriers are too high, the particular inspiration behind this is the atlas crane found at the kwvr - which I intend to attempt to model... but that's going to involve mashing up one of my Lowmacs.....
