Being a Dane, today is a big day as our Queen is handing over the throne to her son. As the picture shows, I am clearly not in Denmark but abroad on a well deserved vacation.

I am not gonna lie...

I am a little sad I will not be at the submarine today as planned to guide guests. It's the last day of the season and I get a lot of joy from showing people around.
The museum decided to close due to a storm which passed Denmark over the past days. The storm caused some damage to other parts of the museum ships.

I will return as a guide next year - thats for sure.

I think I spent more than 2 hours in this submarine earlier today.
Within 1 hour or so I will meet the guys at the museum and start prepping for the recording :)

Cant wait to start the work on the video...most likely to be released early next year :)

En route to Bremerhaven!
Layover in Frankfurt before arriving in Bremen, where a rental car awaits.

As a little bonus - I got to chat shortly with the crew of the Airbus 320Neo and see the cockpit. I have flown this type many times in Microsoft Flight simulator, so it was a real treat 😊✈️👨‍✈️

Tomorrow, the recordings at the Wilhelm Bauer will take place!

A rainy day at the "office" 😊 In 2 weeks I will be in Bremerhaven recording material for a new video. Can't wait, really excited!

A big part of my preparation for the upcoming visit of the Wilhelm Bauer, is to ensure I get the best quality raw materials. Recording in low light is a challenge where it's key to use the best settings.

New and better script!

As I mentioned previously, the collaboration with the Wilhelm Bauer museum (former type XXI uboat) has been an outstanding experience.
One of the key results is a higher quality videoscript which I have been working on for the past weeks. This video has the potential to be the best walkthrough yet.

I can't wait to see this submarine in early October 😊👍😎

Project updates...

I set myself a goal of finalizing 1 video pr year. This is primarily due to the amount of effort it requires vs real life availability.
However, I always have a number of projects maturing, that I shift between, depending on motivation.

This is current list I am working on:
- Type XXI performance. Preproduction is almost done.
- Type XXI walkthrough. Preproduction done. Recording estimated for the fall.
- Danish MTB walkthrough. In pre-production.

Besides this, there are a number of projects in either idea phase, early pre-production or moved to my backlog.
