Connecting with nature 🌱🤝
In recent months I have discovered a deeper connection to nature, aka Mother Earth. It's about being in peace and silence. Everyone knows it's healthy to be outside, but who really understands that?
There is no greater force than nature.... we build roads, but over the years plants grow through if we don't do something about it.
These photos were actually taken quite spontaneously. We went for a 2-hour barefoot hike and I saw this tree and got the excitememt to walk over it xD
Barefoot walking is so healthy because we recreate this natural connection to the earth. It gives us strength, trust and confidence.
