Once you visit Switzerland or even you live here - Limmerensee is one of the places you should see. Located in the Swiss Tectonic Highlands Sardona, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2008, the Limmernsee, or Limmerensee, is a mountain lake wedged in the centre of beautiful mountains giving a fjord-like appearance.
Still, it’s not yet very popular so you might consider to visit this hidden gem before it will become more touristic.

How to spend a weekend in Switzerland? Let’s travel across the country from the West to the East to the picturesque village Wildhaus. I could see Churfirsten for the first time and feel the vibe of Eastern Switzerland.
Even if it rains, there is so much to do here - mountains, waterfalls and ski resorts in winter - after some activities fondue just tastes better!

Lac Bleu - Arolla
