New podcast episode for anyone who needs help with time management but ESPECIALLY those with overall poor time sense!

Hours and days pass you by without even noticing. You're not always aware of the passage of time, you're never sure about what you want to do or when. Building a flexible time management system can actually help give you more time to reach your goals and do the things you love.
For many of us, the issue of time management is a non-starter, because we have a poor sense of time in the first place.
If you do not have a good concept of time. How can you possibly even begin to manage it? There's basically two parts to this. You work to develop at least a little bit of a sense of time and at the same time you go forward with what you have, allowing technology to help you keep track of time when it eludes you.

What can we do about it?
1. Start small, with the fundamentals.
2. Use tools to outsource your time sense
3. Use timers to keep track of the passage of time
4. Try thinking about your time over a week, instead of a day.
5. These systems are not fixed

Ever wished you could level up in real life?

Go to exgifted.com/roleplan to sign up to help me test out the Roleplanning Game for free! Roleplanning is a system I developed using elements of D&D, intention setting and mindfulness, and an old-fashioned written planner in order to help you build character by building a character.

You start off with a character sheet then complete regular check ins and dungeon delves to level up your 7 core abilities. The dungeon delves represent actions you're taking toward your goals, and each dungeon tells part of a story and offers you challenges and journal prompts.

If you're ready to start showing up as your own hero (or other archetype - there's about 20 to choose from!)

of dueling feelings of superiority and inferiority. When
you reach adulthood and realize that the success you
were promised doesn’t come automatically, you have
to reassess your entire approach.

Synopsis: Yoda says “there is no try” and he’s right. I spent 25 years believing that if something didn’t come naturally to me then it wasn’t meant for me at all. I learned that I was using “try” as an avoidance tactic. There’s no secret cure to this, the only way out is through. Commit to doing something even if it doesn’t come easy, and even if it leaves you vulnerable. If you fail along the way, don’t take that as a sign that you should stop.
