Social media is becoming more and more crucial to the growth of a small business which is why it is important to hop on social media now to bring in new customers to your business!

I did some research and found these statistics that I hope will reassure you that taking that leap to social media for your business is beneficial💜

I'd like to note that not everyone is social media savvy which is why social media managers (like myself) exist!

Social media managers are a worthy investment as they do all the heavy lifting for you when it comes to building a presence for your brand on social media. Social media managers are able to assist you so you can focus more on your business!

5 call to actions to use right now🚨

call to actions are super important to your posts as they tell the viewer what to do next. You can post as much content as you like but if you don’t give that viewer the next step then you may lose them forever🚨

It’s important that you only use one of these for each post otherwise your overwhelming the viewer by asking them to follow, share, like, comment and buy your product all at once🚨

Here it is! Why i decided to rebrand my social media🎉

For some of you who have followed my journey you would have seen me struggle with my brands identity and constantly switch up my posts

I found myself staring at my instagram wondering what was wrong with it?

After inspecting my social media i figured out the answer……….

I was boring!

When I chose to create this account i was so focused on the idea of posting content to get my name out in the open that I didn’t focus on making it content that made me happy.

My colours were bland and boring and my account didn’t show any of my personality.

So I chose to change it up and now I couldn’t be happier with the way my feed looks💜

So here are the key things I modified within my feed:

💜I found bright colours that correlated with my personality! no more bland boring dark serious colours that make you want to fall asleep.

💜I found exciting backgrounds to place in my carousel to look appealing to the eye and creative.

💜 I booked a branding photoshoot! What better way to showcase your personality then book a personal branding photoshoot to show on your social media.

💜 I created exciting reels that I would watch. Rather than making informational reels that made me fall asleep I changed the perspective and made content I would enjoy to watch.

As a social media manager I also offer this as a service. I can rebrand your social media and give it a perfect makeover so you can attract new clients and feel happy about your brands presence🎉

smiling about the future🥰

This week I finished up at my corporate job and have gone right into freelancing with my two businesses. First my pet sitting business and secondly my social media management business and I am terrified!

Going into this is such an exciting journey but definitely terrifying as well😬

Going freelance has cut my salary in half which is such a big adjustment to get used to however I believe i’ll be able to build my business to gain back even more than my monthly salary 💰

I’m so excited to continue working with my clients and onboard some new ones as well as work on content for this page to document the whole journey!
