Walking na naman c diabetic na walang gamot.
Tamang pagkain lalo na sa portion ng carbohydrates natin. Samahan ng exercise at inom ng tubig. At ofcourse matulog po ng saktong oras.

Nag diet sa carbs... yummy fish.
Simpleng date lang namin ni hubby enjoying the automne season.
Date road trip yan kasama na pasyal saglit sa mga kaibigan na madadaanan namin.
Ang gala ay simula 10am until 9:30pm...sulitin ang magandang araw wala pa ulan kaya may mga dahon pa na makulay.
Di kailangan gumastos ng malaki palagi sa date...buhay mag asawa andami kaya gastosin...saglit lang na labas sapat na at kain sa tabi ng daan...ang importante grateful tayo sa buhay.

Gardening time. We need to removed the mulch (leaves) so that we have big garlic bulb harvest. I prefer doing this in the late afternoon so that my plants have time to recover. Night time is recover time for the plant. Like us we do recover when we sleep and wake up in the morning full of energy.
