If you haven’t tried a tres leches cake, you haven’t lived. 🤷🏻‍♀️This Chocolate Tres Leches Cake has the most amazing flavor ever! 😍

A tres leches cake, (Spanish: pastel de tres leches),also known as pan tres leches (three milks cake/bread), is a dense, moist “three milks” cake topped with a cloud of vanilla essence and chocolate.😍

What makes it unusual is that after getting done with baking, it is perforated and soaked in a mixture of three different milk products: evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk or heavy cream, hence the name Tres Leches.🧑🏻‍🍳

The three milks, when combined, create just the right sweetness, density and “mouth feel” 🤤for a rich cake, making it moist but not mushy. A little bliss in every bite. The cake is like one big giant sponge soaking up the delicious milk syrup.

Nankhatai 🍪are shortbread biscuits originating from Pakistan, India & Bangladesh.The word nankhatai is derived from the Persian word "naan" meaning "bread" and "khatai" from a Dari Persian word meaning "biscuit". In Afghanistan and Northeast Iran, these biscuits are called "kulcha-e-khataye".

Nankhatai are traditional cookies🍪 that are very popular in Pakistan and India. These are eggless cookies and are made up of three main ingredients. Ideally, flour, clarified butter (ghee) and sugar are used in equal quantities by weight, but we've also used semolina, cardamom powder and powdered sugar for enhancing the flavour 😍.

So you can easily adjust the quantities according to your requirements and you can make a batch of yummy naan khatai!😍
There are so many versions of naan khatai, you can make them in any style of your liking. The options are endless!💫

Chowmein is a traditional Chinese dish made with egg noodles 🍝and stir-fried veggies. We made Street Style version of Chowmein😍 For veggies we have cabbage ,capsicum , green onions and carrot, you can add any other veggies of your choice too💁🏻‍♀️. We love adding chicken, but you can also try different meat or tofu.

The ingredients are stir-fried with cooking oil, black & white pepper, brown sugar and seasonings of soy sauce and chilli sauce in a wok. And here you go our Street Style Chowmein 🍝is ready to serve.😍

To make patties , season the beef mince with salt & pepper , form them into balls & place each onto baking paper & flatten to form into circles , heat them in a fry pan until patties are well cooked.💁🏻‍♀️

For the Big Mac sauce, we had mayonnaise, ketchup, bbq sauce & mustard sauce , mix them all in a bowl to get the perfect taste🤤
For filling , we used sliced cucumber pickle, lettuce & cheese , you can also add onion if you want.

Karahi gosht is said to be a dish of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. In the city of Peshawar, and its surrounding areas, meat rules supreme.💫

The karahi gosht is named after the utensil it is cooked in. The karahi is a heavy-based, round, wok-like pot. 🥘 The mutton karahi essentially consists of several pieces of mutton meat which are cooked in tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, butter, red chilli powder and much more spices🤤.

The fresh meat is thought to provide the fat base for the cooking, it's spices gives a luscious aroma to the dish 😍and it is meant to be savoured directly from the karahi with a side of hot naan.
