PlayStation has announced that its hero shooter Concord will be taken offline on September 6, 2024 and all players will receive a full refund.

Game Director Ryan Ellis said "while many qualities of the experience resonated with players, we also recognize that other aspects of the game and our initial launch didn’t land the way we’d intended." Link in the comments for more.

CD Projekt RED has announced that Project Polaris (The Witcher 4) is concluding its pre-production phase and will soon move into full production, with Cyberpunk 2 currently in the planning stage.

Stayed up watching streamers who all rushed and played for over 24 hours straight and then a non streaming group took it! Absolutely devastated looks on all streamer faces but respect to the quiet ones who did the work 💪🏻

This immediately opened the new 12 person activity final mission wrapping 10 years of Destiny 2 which was an amazing experience.

Cyberpunk out-cyberpunk’ed itself for the expansion, bringing back the dead with technology.

Bloomberg reported Miłogost Reczek's family gave CD Projekt permission to recreate his voice using AI for the recently released expansion, Phantom Liberty, as the developer didn’t want to find a replacement for the late actor and re-record his lines. Link in comments for more.

Cyberpunk 2077 is one of my favorite games - mainly driven by the unbugged PC GeForce 3090 setup I experienced - but after that there wasn’t much.. until today! Can’t wait to load up this great looking world again 🥳

At launch this game was ok, but each new update brings it back to life and one of the few games I’ve 100% completed in multiple ways (standard and perm death).

This new one is worth a first dive or revisit for sure!
