This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve backpacked this year. And it was my First time experiencing an allergic reaction while exploring, and I am very grateful that Kai has allergy pills in her emergency kit. This picture is taken maybe an hour or two after I took medicine.
I just heard it from stories that it’s important to include allergy pills but I never really had the need for it until it happened this year.
Please include allergy pills in your hiking emergency bag… who knows who might need one.

Been taking photos more than usual and I love it. It makes me de-stress and at the same time have fun in the process.
One lesson I’ve learned this year is to learn one skill and be ridiculously good at it. And eventually earn money from it. The jack of all trades, master of none era is slowly fading.
Whatever gives you joy, do it.

1. I don’t know how to pose for a picture. It’s so ironic that I can tell if its not so good of a pose, but I myself is so awkward if somebody is taking my picture.
2. I am at the heaviest. Early this year I took on a new role at work. The two years prior to that, I went back to school to take classes while working full time and got my diploma. I didn’t prioritize my health then and up until now.
3. There are times of regrets why I let myself get this heavy. Lastly, I am a work in progress. Tomorrow is another chance to screw up or fix the screw up. Either way, it is all our choice.
Choose your path wisely.

If the destination is your goal, there is a chance you will get disappointed. But, if your goal is to enjoy the journey, then you’ll enjoy every moment of it.
I didn’t reach my goal in this hike, but I enjoyed every minute of it because anytime spent in nature with friends is the best time.
