It is important to be aware of your own emotions and to take steps to manage them before you engage in a conversation.

5. Validate the speaker's feelings. Validation is the act of acknowledging and accepting another person's feelings, even if you don't agree with them.

100 Women Headed Households to ge 10,000 Naira Monthly Income.

Yobe SEMA through its Partners recently constructed a 26,000 liters water Borehole in a rural settlement amongst returnee IDPs with difficult access to water💧in Buni Yadi.

Part of the component of drilling the Borehole is to engage/ link 100 women Headed Households within the Borehole catchment area to an income generation activity through access to water 💧.

WATER FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY THAT CAN ACCESS THE BOREHOLE

99 women identified will form clusters of 3 each
Each Cluster get 1 Pushcart (KUS-KUS) with 12 jericans (25liters)
Each women cluster will identify a trusted Male trucker (Mai Moya)
Each trip of water at subsidised rate of N 250.
Each cluster will receive cash value for 4 trips daily (1000 Naira)
Each cluster will get 30,000 Naira Monthly
Each Woman will go home with 10,000 Naira Monthly
Each woman will save 200 Naira Monthly for repairs and maintenance.

This boy is a Keke rider in Kano state, Northern Nigeria. He found some money left by a Chadian business man & his friend he took to a market, to the tune of ₦13 Million naira (both the CFA and Naira). He took the money home & consulted his mother. She asked him to wait for his father . The father & uncle took him to search for the owner where he dropped it, but they didn't find the owners. The next day, he heard a Lost & Found announcement in Arewa Radio Station Kano, and he picked the contact number .The owner asked for his location to collect the money but he insisted they both meet at the radio station that made the announcement .
The amazing part about this story is the fact that this boy comes from a home that is financially very poor, but morally one of the richest you can ever find today anywhere in the world.
