အောင်အတိတ် အောင်နိမိတ် မဆောင်ပြီ... NUG

အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန် ၂၀၁၄ခုနှစ် သမ္မတ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာ တုန်းက (မကြာသေးမီက ယူအေအီးကို ထွက်ပြေးသွား ခဲ့တဲ့ သမ္မတဟောင်း) အာရှရက်ဂါနီ နဲ့ မျက်စိအထူးကု
ဆရာဝန် ဒေါက်တာ အဗ္ဗဒူလာ အဗ္ဗဒူလာ တို့ နှစ်ဦးဟာ
သူနိုင် ကိုယ်နိုင် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ မဲ အငြင်းပွားမှု ပြဿနာ
ဖြစ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ဒီ အငြင်းပွားမှု ပြဿနာကို အမေရိကန်
သမ္မတ အိုဘားမားအစိုးရရဲ့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး
ဂျွန်ကယ်ရီက ကြားဝင် စေ့စပ်ပြီး၊ အမေရိကန် အစိုးရ
ပွဲစားလုပ်တဲ့ အတွက် Afghan National Unity Government ( အာဖဂန် NUG အစိုးရ) ကို ဖွဲ့စည်း
တည်ထောင်ခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီနေရာမှာ သတိထားမိတာ တစ်ခုက NUG အစိုးရ ဆိုတဲ့
အမည်နာမဟာ အမေရိကန်အစိုးရ ခေါ်ဝေါ် သမုတ်
ဖော်ထုတ်ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ အမည်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်တယ် ဆိုတာပါဘဲ။
အာရှရက်ဂါနီ နဲ့ အဗ္ဗဒူလာ အဗ္ဗဒူလာ တို့ နှစ်ဦးဟာ
NUG အစိုးရအဖွဲ့မှာ သမ္မတအဖြစ် အာရှရက်ဂါနီ,
အဗ္ဗဒူလာ အဗ္ဗဒူလာ က စီအီးအို ( Chief Executive Officer) ရာထူးတွေနဲ့ အာဏာပါဝါ ခွဲဝေမှု 50-50 နဲ့
သဘောတူညီမှု ရယူခဲ့တယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။
NUG အစိုးရ သမ္မတဖြစ်ခဲ့ဖူးသူ အာရှရက်ဂါနီဟာ
လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ တစ်ပတ်က တာလီဘန်တို့ ဝင်ရောက်လာစဉ်
တိုင်းပြည် စွန့်ခွာ ထွက်ပြေး သွားခဲ့ပေမယ့် အာရှရက်ဂါနီ
ရဲ့ စီအီးအို အဖြစ်သာမက အမျိုးသား ရင်ကြားစေ့ရေး၊
ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး စေ့စပ်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူး တာဝန်တွေကို ထမ်း
ဆောင်ခဲ့ဖူးသူ ဒေါက်တာ အဗ္ဗဒူလာ အဗ္ဗဒူလာ ကတော့
တိုင်းပြည်စွန့်ခွာထွက်ပြေးခြင်း မရှိခဲ့ဘူးလို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။
တာလီဘန်တွေက ယခုအခါ အမျိုးသား ပေါင်းစည်း
ခိုင်မာရေး အစိုးရ တစ်ရပ် ဖွဲ့စည်းမယ်လို့ကြွေးကြော်
ထား တာကြောင့် ယခုအခါမှာ ဒေါက်တာအဗ္ဗဒူလာ အဗ္ဗဒူလာကို အမျိုးသား ရင်ကြားစေ့ရေး ကိစ္စမှာ
လူကြီးလူကောင်း တစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ လက်ခံထားတာ
တွေ့ရပါတယ်။ ဒေါက်တာအဗ္ဗဒူလာဟာ မကြာသေးမီက
အာဖဂန်သမ္မတဟောင်း ဟာမစ်ကာဇိုင်း, တာလီဘန် ကိုယ်စားလှယ် အဖြစ် ဟက်ကာနီ ကွန်ယက်ခေါင်းဆောင် Khalil Al-Rahman Haqqani တို့နဲ့အတူ Sapedar Palace နန်းတော်မှာ အစည်းအဝေး ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါတယ်။

The Afghan National Unity Government was established in June 2014. After a notorious and controversial 2014 presidential election, Ashraf Ghani, the president of Afghanistan agreed to split the power with Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, Chief Executive of Afghanistan. Agreement over the presidency of Ashraf Ghani and the appointment of Abdullah Abdullah, as Chief Executive, ended the political deadlock that otherwise would have allowed Afghanistan to the frontier of political collapse.

As a result, John Kerry, then United States Secretary of State, mediated the negotiations between the two final candidates, Ghani and Abdullah.[6] After a series of negotiations and talks between Ghani, Abdullah and Kerry, the two candidates agreed to sign an Agreement to form a National Unity Government[7] based on 50–50 power sharing. As a result of that political agreement, a separate position was created for Abdullah as Chief Executive.

Afghanistan: The Future of the National Unity Government
The power dispute between President Ashraf Ghani and Chief Executive Officer Abdullah Abdullah is imperilling Afghanistan’s fragile security and recent economic progress. To avoid the collapse of the U.S.-brokered National Unity Government, both actors must end political partisanship and prioritise the public interest.
