The current situation is not easy. But it’s ok! There is a rainbow on the other side of the storm.

Daily routines have been completely blown out of the water. But it’s our job to adapt and be calm in times of uncertainty.

Stay safe 💕

Today I review my first book! Did you guess what it is and who it was written by?

Find out in the video! 🌞

Here I review Stephen Fry’s fantastic novel, Mythos.

31/03/2020

Starting this Friday I’m going to be releasing a weekly book review for those of you who aren’t sure where to go next! The first instalment is a fantastic one!

Here are some clues:
- The first of 2 books
- 416 pages
- You might associate the author with a quiz show now hosted by Sandi Toksvig

I’m also going to look at getting a book club together.

If anyone has any recommendations of what to read, comment or send me a message. It could be something we could do over video link for anyone interested in talking about a book they love! 💜

Today is all about unleashing your inner Picasso!

All you need is pens and paper and you’re all set!

I love drawing and sketching and all that malarkey! I even painted a Finding Nemo mural on baby girls bedroom wall! I’ll show you that later!

Go for it guys! I’d love to see your creations 💜

A body scan is a really good way of releasing tension caused by the days antics.

Personally, before bed is my chosen time to do this. But you can do it at any time of the day. You can do 2 minutes or 20 minutes. Fit it in where you can, there is no right or wrong.

I hope you enjoy my version of this wonderful meditation.

One thing I find very useful is a body scan before bed. It calms my mind and sets me up for a good night sleep. I hope you enjoy.

As I mentioned in my previous post. Writing is something I take great comfort in doing. And one of my passions has always been with poetry.

In this video, I vocalise one that I wrote when I came in from walking the dog.

Today I Dare Greatly. Today I perform poetry. Leaving myself wide open and vulnerable.

It called “Healing”

I hope you enjoy it.

Episode 2 looks at Affirmation. Or some of you might call it a mantra.

My daily affirmations have helped me so much! I stand in front of my mirror, look myself in the eye and say my affirmation out loud.

I’ve also included a very easy breathing exercise to help lift some tension that may be lurking!
