H.E.R. — Heal. Empower. Rise. 💚
Last night was exactly what my heart needed.
I had the privilege of bringing together a group of strong, beautiful, inspiring women that I am grateful to call friends. Some knew each other, some were meeting for the very first time, but by the end of the evening, it felt like we had all known each other for years.
As I guided these incredible women through our mid-year vision board experience, I found myself reflecting on the heart behind the H.E.R. Podcast — Heal. Empower. Rise.
Together, we paused to reflect on where we’ve been, what we’ve overcome, what still needs healing, and where we want to go over the next six months. We talked about growth, purpose, dreams, challenges, and the importance of giving ourselves permission to evolve.
There was something so powerful about watching women encourage one another, share their wisdom, celebrate their victories, and be honest about their journeys. It reminded me that healing isn’t always about looking back. Sometimes it’s about moving forward with intention, empowering ourselves and each other, and rising into the next version of who we are meant to become.
One of the things I loved most was hearing the unique experiences and perspectives each woman brought to the room. Every story mattered. Every journey was different. Every voice had value.
As we look ahead to the next six months, we’ll continue working toward the visions we created last night, and we’ll come together again at the end of the year to reflect on our growth, celebrate our progress, and create space for whatever comes next.
And because every woman in that room has a story worth sharing, I extended an invitation for each of them to join me on the H.E.R. Podcast to talk about their personal journeys, lessons, challenges, and triumphs. I can’t wait to continue these conversations and share their wisdom with others.
