Robert Rodriguez, the director of Sin City, who also directed one of the key episodes of the second season of The Mandalorian, will executive produce the next Boba Fett series. This announcement was made during an interview on the Good Morning America program, Jon Favreau.

He also clarified that the new series will not replace the third season of "The Mandalorian", but will develop in parallel with the last. Dave Filoni will also be on his production team. Earlier it became known that the first season of the series about Fett will be presented to viewers in December 2021.

The lead role will be played by actor Temuera Morrison, who played Jango Fett in Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones. Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy previously announced that The Mandalorian Season 3 will debut around the same time as Christmas 2021, so next December will be marked by Star Wars on Disney +. The full cast and directors of individual episodes have yet to be revealed.

Animals that have never been domesticated, such as kangaroos, can intentionally communicate with humans, challenging the notion that this behaviour is usually restricted to domesticated animals like dogs, horses or goats, a first of its kind study from the University of Roehampton and the University of Sydney has found.

The research which involved kangaroos, marsupials that were never domesticated, at three locations across Australia*, revealed that kangaroos gazed at a human when trying to access food which had been put in a closed box. The kangaroos used gazes to communicate with the human instead of attempting to open the box themselves, a behaviour that is usually expected for domesticated animals.

Universal Pictures has received the film rights to the graphic novel, Electric State. Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown will star in the upcoming film adaptation. The director's chairs will be taken by the creators of the movie "Avengers 4: Endgame" Joe Russo and Anthony Russo

The production will be handled by the brothers' studio AGBO. Note that AGBO first received the rights to the novel back in 2017 with the intention of recruiting Andres and Barbara Muschetti to work on the film.However, the latter ultimately decided to focus on the adaptation of the Flash comic for Warner Bros.

Set in an alternate future, the plot revolves around a teenage girl (Millie Bobby Brown) who realizes that the strange but sweet robot she happened to meet was actually sent by her missing brother. The main character and the robot go in search of her brother, revealing a grand conspiracy.

Understanding the biological features that make us human is part of a fascinating and intensely debated line of research. Researchers at the SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics and the University of Lausanne have developed a new approach to pinpoint, for the first time, adaptive human-specific changes in the way genes are regulated in the brain. These results open new perspectives in the study of human evolution, developmental biology and neurosciences. The paper is published in Science Advances.

The failed start of the video game "Cyberpunk 2077" will cost the owners of the studio CD Projekt Red at least a billion dollars. These data are cited by Bloomberg with reference to the dynamics of the fall in the value of the company's securities. CDPR shares are said to have dropped 33 percent on the Polish market.

Naturally, the company may face much more significant losses when the company is launched to recover funds for non-working versions for consoles. It is noted that Xbox and Sony are in no hurry to pay out of pocket, and, most likely, CD Projekt will be forced to do it on its own.

Sony previously announced that it was removing Cyberpunk 2077 from its PlayStation Store, and other major venues followed suit.

A new study challenges the long-held view that the destruction of Central Asia's medieval river civilizations was a direct result of the Mongol invasion in the early 13th century CE.

The Aral Sea basin in Central Asia and the major rivers flowing through the region were once home to advanced river civilizations which used floodwater irrigation to farm.

The region's decline is often attributed to the devastating Mongol invasion of the early 13th century, but new research of long-term river dynamics and ancient irrigation networks shows the changing climate and dryer conditions may have been the real cause.

Research led by the University of Lincoln, UK, reconstructed the effects of climate change on floodwater farming in the region and found that decreasing river flow was equally, if not more, important for the abandonment of these previously flourishing city states.
