Before, i'm embarrassed every time I'm being told as a pro player when in fact, I know that in order to be a pro player you have to have an ID. I was also invited by the PUBG Mobile Philippines to play live on their page with the title "PLAY WITH A PRO." I'm still not a pro, that's why I decided to persevere and make their thoughts come to life. It takes a lot of commitment, endurance, and talent to become a professional gamer. Three years have passed since I last played PUBG Mobile. I've played the game for more than 5,000 hours. I initially began playing for enjoyment, but as time went on, I began to play more and more for the intensely competitive, exhilarating, and exquisite experience. Since I've been playing the game for so long, it only seems reasonable that I try to play professionally, else all of my time would have been wasted. I have hope that one day I will succeed and turn into a professional player because I love the game so much.

I started playing PUBG when the pandemic strikes. I joined different clans, met new friends, and I play classic almost all of the time.

I remember way back 2020 when there’s a bot that shot me then I was so scared to the one’s shooting at me until my teammate asked “Ardy, why didn’t you kill the bot?” I stayed silent and that’s when I got inspired to learn how to play PUBGM.

I remember when I first started joining a tournament– it was just a mini tournament, my hands were so cold because of nervousness. I was almost still everytime I hear footsteps and gunshots.

When I had a team, it was just still pandemic– from 1pm scrims to late night scrim, we were grinding in order to get strong. Imagine, from 1pm to 2 am, we are playing. Of course, we still have rest but we grind hard. When the face-to-face classes started, quitting PUBG did not cross my mind because I know to myself that I can still give time to my passion. From 1 pm to late night scrim, it cut short to just 8pm scrims everyday. I am from Antipolo, Rizal and my school is in Muntinlupa. Sometimes when there’s a face to face classes, I will come home in a hurry for around 2-3 hours just to get on the tournament on time. I mostly prioritize to play PUBG and I can say that the end product was worth it.

It was true that we were eliminated (in my first team on PMCT) but Dread Victoria believed on my skills that’s why I was picked as one of the players of the team. I had a lot of bashers and mostly they use dummy accounts to talk about me. Again, I did not volunteer nor did I force to play at PMCT, blessing was really in my hands.

I just want to thank the Lord for all the blessings that He has given to me almost half of 2023. Thank you to my parents and to my family that supported me in playing PUBG. Thank you to my clans that accepted me, to my colleagues, my friends and to my #1 kaaway. Thank you so much especially to Infantries Gaming Group and Dread Esports, I will not be able to achieve this if it’s not for all of you. Dream come true!

Hello, hindi ba magiging unfair ‘to sa karamihan ng players? Lalo na sa mga nakapag-book na ng plane ticket.

Kung ina-allow naman pala ang players na lumaro sa bahay na lang, edi sana di nalang ako naghanap ng players outside my team para makalaro sa tournament na ito. Di naman po ganon kadali bumuo ng chemistry pero nirisk namin para maka-sali. Sana rin pala hindi na nag book ng plane ticket yung ibang malalayo sa Manila. Sobrang unfair, sa totoo lang.
