started his professional journey as a light operator and lighting designer in the live music industry at just 17 years old 👼🏻✨

Despite being the youngest amongst most crews, his skills aren’t inferior to those of older road dogs in any way. He has been working and touring with bands like Kosheen, Wet Wet Wet, Florence Black and SKYND, as well as various festivals in the UK - and doesn’t shy back from becoming the front person’s very own doppelganger, if needed 🥷

For Conni, it’s one of so many approaches to get live sound right: “Of course, I could automate certain things in my mixing, but I don't want to. Because for me, it's like playing an instrument. It's like being a part of the show. I like to actually do things all the time instead of, I don't know, just unmuting for a little snare bomb. I ride the faders, you know. There are many approaches to get your sound right – this is mine. My instrument is the console, and I’m playing it to my best.”
