An artistic lens or perspective of how differently artists see the world after brain injury. The artists in this exhibition have many different types of brain injuries - from mild to severe - with a huge variety of outcomes. Those achievements take on even more significance as we learn Lillian has not spoken one word in her entire life.

Hear Chris and Andrea tell their family’s extraordinary and uplifting story in our latest Brain Injury Conversation episode.

But in this episode of Brain Injury Conversations nutritionist Lydia Irving explains to Cynthia how we can best assist our brain by focusing on nutrition and developing some beneficial eating and lifestyle habits.

For example, brain injury can sometimes result in a loss of taste and / or appetite - so Lydia has some specific tips and suggestions of food types and how to prepare it.
