You’re doing it though. Keep pushing through it all. Surrender to the moments you need to sit still in it. For in these moments the precious gifts will come from. Give yourself grace and praise along the way. You were brave enough to take this on. Even more brave to not jump out of the process because it gets so hard. I’m proud of you, for all of it. Here in the North East we are coming up on spring any moment now. Today it's a rainy day here in Philly. Rain and spring go hand and hand. Spring has always been my favorite. I think it's mainly because it how my Mother would always describe it as mother nature coming back to life after a long winter rest. Here in PA we are blessed with the four seasons. Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall. Seasons we can all find a reason to love for one reason or another. Everyone's outlook is as individual as they are.

It got me to thinking today on my drive about the purpose for the different seasons in our life. About the storms even that come blowing through. What does rain do? It gives life and nourishment. It purifies the air we breath in. Washes debris away. Much like what's intended for the storms that come through our lives. It comes through to wash away debris that's been collected through the season that will not be needed going forward. The rain is intended to cleans our mind, body and soul from out dated thinking. Lending itself to the new that's coming alive within us. Giving us a fresh new breath within us to walk strong into this next season where everything is new and alive.

We often look at the rain outside as well as the storms within our lives as an inconvenience. Not realizing nor appreciating all the beauty it serves us. We are not seeing what is coming to life around us because we are only focused on the storm.

Today I encourage you to look past the rain 🌧 and start to look for the 🌞 sun light coming from behind the clouds ⛅. Know that for every storm it is washing away what no longer serves us to bring us more of what we are looking for that brings us back to life.

Allow yourself to be Spring 🌻🌼🌷⚘
