Rama Mission started in Lima, Peru in 1974. When a group of people, mainly teenagers, after a conference about the possibility that extraterrestrial beens could be trying to contact humans in a different way, like telepathy, tried with meditation, to concentrate and listen if someone could be sending messages. They had what we call “automatic writing” and they received a message. Then they tried to confirm that the message was real so the extraterrestrial, been who identified himself as Oxalc, agreed to meet them about 60 kilometressoith of Lima. An area of sand and rocks and they appeared the day and exact time they promised. That’s how Rama Mission started. It has been always a group experience. What is important to notice is that the first group of people in its majority, weren’t interested on the UFO phenomenon, but mainly into finding answers about human existence. And that’s how the real experiences have been happening, mostly to people not focused on the phenomenon but looking for answers to improve their lives. That’s the common factor.
To be interested in the phenomenon is also a good sign. Because it means you are interested on finding answers. But staying focused on it, it is like not understanding the process and the message behind the phenomenon.
The group of teens keep having contact at all levels and the group increased and then the “older brothers” revealed the reason of the experiences and they suggested to called it Rama Mission.
Thousands of people have joined the group. In the 80’s Rama Mission had groups in about 33 countries.
But again many of them had experiences and many didn’t. The group can’t decide who has the experiences. Because it is totally up to them. And the experiences are only to support the individual and group work based on the objectives of the mission, that is to increase our consciousness level. To awake and then to change. So it is not enough to just know the message but to put it in practice.
They are not here to do the work we need to do for ourselves, but they help in a way that they do not generate any kind of dependency on them neither idolatry or making anybody feel that is special.
Rama is not a religious group, neither a sect or a political group. It is mainly a group of friends gathered to work together on themselves and maybe had the opportunity to se their support if they are align with the message.
The experiences are a good thermometer to see if we are in the right track or path.
They do not support any kind of manipulation of the message because of the commercialization of it. It is just a contradiction.
Rama is not a way to escape from reality but a better way to confront it. We don’t get away from science. We still use the same criteria to evaluate any experiences.
Now. The groups are created to share the message and practices they have suggested after many people put the effort to understand what is needed for humans to evolve and grow in the right way. Only after we put the effort, as you coming here and being, first interested on what is this, and after working hard what is corresponded to us to do, only after that they share information that is applicable to The moment you are living in your path of changing and growing.
They experiences are not in any means to display any kind of power or performance show. It is to support our working help us to increase our level of consciousness.
The practices are nothing new but the conceptualization of its uses are important and the group setting helps is to meet the objectives ina faster way.
