One last time for today, this is Nicole with tonight's Top-of-The hour recipe (no peeking!) LOL.

Orange Dreamsicle Salad

Ingredients
1 box orange Jell-o (sometimes I switch this up and go with another fruity flavor like lemon or cherry)
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 Cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 8oz tub of cool whip
1 14oz can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 cup mini marshmallows (I like to use the fruity ones)

Directions
In a large bowl, combine your orange Jell-o and boiling water. Whisk until the Jell-o has dissolved, then add the cold water. Once mixed, place that in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Then slowly whisk in the vanilla pudding mix and stir until smooth. Set that bowl back in to the fridge for about 15-20 minutes and then fold in your cool whip, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows.

A delightful little easy dessert for those with a sweet tooth out there! Let us know if you made this, what combos you used, and how it turned out!

Here's another Top-of-The hour recipe:
Savory One-Pan Creamy Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon minced garlic, divided
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
3 cups chicken broth (I like to use bone broth)
1 ½ cups crushed tomatoes
8 ounces penne
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh basil

Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large broiler-safe skillet over medium-high. Add panko and 1 teaspoon garlic. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in the same pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and 1 tablespoon garlic. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink on the outside. Add broth, tomatoes, and penne. Bring to a boil and cook, uncovered, stirring frequently, until the penne is cooked and the sauce has reduced and thickened, 15 to 20 minutes. Place an oven rack in the top of the oven and preheat broiler to high. When penne is cooked to al dente, sprinkle mozzarella oer the mix and place the pan under the broiler for 1-2 minutes. Then remove and top with fresh basil.

this one is a crowd pleaser for sure! For a little extra kick I add 1/4tsp cajun seasoning!

Let us know if you've tried it and what you thought. Feel free to share any tips or additions you made and how it went!
