Teaching a dance class in Nelson on Sunday 🙂 5pm at Dance Fusion. You can pre-register by emailing me [email protected] or on eventbrite, link in comments. $20 suggested, but don't let that stop you if you are short on cash, contact me 🙂 Drop ins welcome. We'll groove to a playlist inspired by Friday's A Bashment Session at the Royal! The class will be mostly groove/follow long with some choreography near the end and opportunities to freestyle. Let's sweat, laugh, listen to good music, and connect with our bodies and each other!
