Embarrassing. Too Late. Outdated content. Surveys show that period education in Germany is not going very well. We want to change that. Attention schools: here comes “Ella’s World”! “Ella’s World” is a group-based educational workshop about menstruation for girls aged 9-14 years. “Ella’s World” is free, compact, and doesn’t need much preparation to implement. Most importantly “Ella’s World” is fun and guaranteed not to be embarrassing.

The concept of nature is an ongoing process. The graphic reminds us that we have the possibility to consciously experience this process within one lifetime. The creative energy of the mind is the force that moves things, puts them together, and can also unravel them. It is up to us to think about which things we want to let go and which we want to give more focus to shape our material tomorrow.

FLOWING MIND
