I've encountered scripters in LOL PH server on diamond elo
ign: RupertUx and RachelUx
1st video:
-You can see how this two Ux player dodge the skillshots they literally perfectly dodge it and stops precisely right at the edge of the hitbox. You can also see how kaisa dodge Viktor's W impulsively without vision of him.

2nd video:
-This is my second encounter with a scripting Ux player. You can see xerath suddenly dodge at the same time as the morgana cast her Q even though there's no vision he somehow reacted to it.
