Space Waves 4th LP Night til Day is 8 years old today!
This album was recorded entirely on analog tape. It was mixed from the 2 inch tape down to 1/4 inch tape. The mastering was done from the 1/4 inch mixes to 1/4 inch masters and the 180 gram records were pressed from lacquers that were cut from the 1/4 inch tape masters.
There was zero digital editing and there was 2 extra guitar parts overdubbed. The music was created in a room by myself, Sarah Duni Bourland, and Brandon D. Werts.

Space Waves 60 days debut ep was released 10 years ago this July! In celebration I am finally giving this ep the remix treatment at Mindwave and will finally see a proper mastering! It's been lots of fun revisiting these first songs by Sarah Duni Bourland and my self as Space Waves!

Keep an eye out for a Mindwave website in the upcoming months! I will be offering various mixing services such as running tracks through tape!

Finished mixing Space Waves cover of Prayers for Rain by The Cure for The Blog That Celebrates Itself 30th anniversary tribute for Disintegration and just sent to Telegraph Mastering to be mastered! The Cure has been one of my major musical inspirations and love for many years now! and Prayers for Rain is one of my favorite all time songs! It was a pleasure to record such a beautiful song with 2 very special people!
