Kefiloe Molefe - joined Sheer Publishing's incredible creative team in 2007 and currently serve as the department's head of A&R. In the past, I have worked at Sheer Publishing (Pty) Ltd in the following positions: Copyright administrator, Client liaison, Copyright manager, Gospel department manager, and now Head of the A&R department.
I am a member of the Management Committee.
I was able to negotiate the following incredible agreements for the business. South African songwriters like Brenda Mtambo, Aubrey Qwana, Bucie, Hlengiwe Pearl, We Will Worship, Takie Ndou, Ncebakazi Msomi, Puleng March, Ps. Solly Mahlangu, Patrick Duncan, and Mahalia Buchanan, to name a few.
From 2004 to 2006, I studied music business management with Music Interakt. In 2018, I also have BA in communication science from the University Of South Africa.
