A year ago this time, I started to experience my seizures and lost my memory on a consistent basis. Working on finally getting to the bottom of what's been going on, just as I was progressing, I found myself navigating through 5 deaths in 10 weeks.

Let me just say, death is never easy, but over time, you realize that the loved one who's no longer with you not only wants nothing but the best for you, but they want you to move forward embracing the good times, the memories, and overall lesson and wisdom they shared. And in this week’s episode of the , I’m talking about the real medicine that comes from death and grief. And while I'm doing my best and feeling incredible progress and overall maturity in my spiritual experience called life, I'm on my way to finishing editing my book.

You came here during this wild time on mission, with a purpose to better humanity and revolutionize the world with your medicine. True Golden Age leaders cannot be codependent on other people for their power because then they’re showing up, not believing in themselves + what they’re actually capable of.

How do I know? I’ve been an insecure, disempowered person in the past who doubted what I was capable of. I was looking for external validation because I didn’t know how to have faith in not only myself, but have faith in the plan God had set forth for me on this journey. My life + experience didn’t look like the conditioning I “thought” was normal.
