I have been trying to complete my first degree for over 10 years and each time I came close, something happened and I had to stop. This time I soldiered through and finally accomplished one goal of my mom to see me walk across the stage to collect my diploma. My next goal is to get my second degree for myself and join organizations to help with networking.

I love hiking and traveling to the island with so many beautiful trails, no way I would not attempt at least one. Made it in the top in one piece but I was sweating bullets and had to take my shirt off half way through lol.

Coconut leaves are so versatile it is unbelievable. I weaved a toy fish out of the leaves, with a working fishing line to catch it.

This man right here is so damn full of life it is ridiculous, his presentation on how his people cook green bananas down in Coconut milk by using hand crafted tools and the random Costco jokes had me cracking up. Also, taught us how to weave coconut leaves into plates to eat out of.

Breakfast in Hawaii is a different beast, I felt rejuvenated after I finished the meal. I love food and trying a different culture dish or take on breakfast sigh I want to go back.

My first time trying a Poke bowl and Loco Moco two Hawaiian dishes. I must say that disappointment was not in my vocabulary. I enjoyed every savory bite and a must try if you like sushi for the bowl.
