First term of Mayor Africa was challenged with Taal Volcanic eruption and pandemic which he managed successfully and never had any single debt during his term. Among the projects during Mayor Africa's first three years with the full support of Senator and Congresswoman Recto were renovation of KLL, new roads, new barangay halls & covered courts, Business One Stop Shop, COVID facilities, Community Park rehabilitation, new street lights, Lipa City Hall improvement, new Lipa Museum to name a few.
Mayor Africa and his new set of team are expected to give Lipa City another lift with the world class new Lipa City Hall, additional new roads, additional community park, new look for Plaza Independencia among others in the pipeline. We hope that projects for Animal Welfare and to combat Climate Change will be on your top priorities.
