Went and got a physical yesterday for the first time in 20 years. Wasn’t horrible, but some potentially scary things are going on with my liver. Could still be reeling and healing from part drug abuse, or could be a new problem. Time will tell.
Because of this we’ll be going in a journey to loose weight and get healthier.
