Wise from your gwave...

I'm back, amazingly, with a chill idea for an Elden Ring stream. The streaming market is still supersaturated with this game but it's mostly first playthroughs, challenge runs, or speedruns. I'm going to stream my NG+2 journey as Lucius Belmont, estranged member of the Belmont clan of Castlevania fame.

Two whips, some daggers, and some vials of holy water... will it be enough to secure the final trophy for Platinum? Of course it will. I'm a freaking BELMONT.

I came up with a fun idea for a Challenge Run, and tonight we're gonna see if it's possible.

RNG Stats Challenge

Every upgradable character stat is assigned a number. Each time I level up, I use a random number generator (RNG) to determine which stat the point goes into. Lots of numbers, lots of possibilities, but one painful constant: this is gonna be hard, and it's going to push me to the limits of my abilities. Fear the Old Blood, indeed.

Tonight I'm back on the Soulsborne train, jonesing for those sweet, sweet Platinums. I've yet to get Platinum for any Soulsborne game except for Bloodborne, so I'm going to tackle the series one by one (starting with Dark Souls) until the trophies have all been obtained.

Happy New Year, friends! I realize I haven't been active on here in quite some time (moved into a new house just before the holidays, and then of course the holidays themselves), but I figured a good resolution for 2022 would be to make an honest effort to stream at least once a week. We'll start there and see how it goes.

Tonight I'm going to break my silence by streaming an indie game called Blasphemous. It's a 2D sidescroller reminiscent of Dark Souls and Castlevania. Of course it's brutally difficult, but that's half the fun.
