Happy Monday 💕💕 today is a fresh start and I’m embracing a fresh perspective on life. For too long I have hidden to keep secret the mental and physical struggles I’ve had over the last few years and all that’s achieved is a combination of worsened mental state worsened physical state and missed experiences, today I plan to rectify that one day at a time. Clean food, no more hiding from the world and a hunger for experiencing the world again xx
