In this week’s episode, we discuss the latest COVID numbers in the North Bay region & how it showcases the hypocrisy of our health authorities. We also discuss how so quickly after squashing the truckers peaceful protest, politicians supported a different protest (that was more acceptable) which also blocked streets and caused disturbances.

Sorry again about audio. This episode is a little better. But we still have a few bumps. We’re experimenting with different software and hopefully will have better audio next week.

Tune in this week to the Unacceptable Views Podcast where we will discuss this story among others.

Yesterday hundreds gathered illegally in Ottawa to protest against the Truckers convoy. Although the current restrictions that the Truckers want to gone, limit outdoor gatherings to 50, this group came out illegally in support of keeping these laws in place.

The irony showcases the hypocrisy of this pandemic at its best. But the irony of a group breaking the very rules they want to maintain was not the craziest part of yesterday’s events.

Some people in the crowd of counter-protesters proudly waved flags bearing the communist symbol. Many politicians are rightly calling these out this morning. Some studies estimate that communism was responsible for over 100 million deaths in the 20th century. It’s a form of totalitarian government that has tortured and oppressed billions and continues to do so today.

Although the individuals waving these flags may not represent the entire group, it speaks volumes of the hypocrisy of the mainstream media who will undoubtedly give these protesters the benefit of the doubt. One questionable flag among 50,000 people in the early days of the truckers protest got 1000x more media coverage than a similar flag among only 300 people.

Like many media personalities said two weeks ago, one nazi/confederate/communist flag is one too many. Although I do not believe in silencing any opinion and could not imagine banning this flag or any other flag that I disagree with, I believe our mainstream media and anyone supporting this counter-protest must disavow these dangerous symbols that do not belong in Canada.
