A few things:

1. Thank you for the game suggestions! I appreciate them and will look into them.

2. I will draw up a schedule for each week as soon as I can, it will be posted on the grit discord and somewhere around here lol

3. No Facebook stream today! I have to attend a tournament and it takes some time to get through it, so if a stream happens then it’ll be on the other sites (kick and twitch). Night streams on this site seem to not do well at all.

4. I will be announcing which charity the stream is donating to in this next stream. Yes, this months is a veterans charity!

Wow, thank you guys for another nice stream! It's nice to see that the negative ones are either gone, or at the very least just not talking lol. Xbox servers are having a hell of a time staying alive, it seems. So i'm not sure if i'll be on tomorrow for the 4th. If not, Happy 4th to you guys!
Now tonight, on kick, as i've stated before...it's different content other than COD. That being said, anyone is welcome to hang with us on that side. It is a night stream, so it's obviously a little more on the winding down stages of the night. But, i thank you guys! I look forward in seeing how all of this goes for us. I hope to see great things happen within this community!

Meant to say it a few hours ago, but thank you to those who came to the kick stream tonight! It was nice chatting with you guys and enjoying a late night with you. Thank you to those who are still with this and supporting this despite it being me and not my father. To those who haven’t been rude, threatening, or downright disrespectful…Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being genuine people. It’s people like you that actually give me hope for this community. Now, let’s enjoy our future streams and hopefully continue to be a donation group. If not, and it all ends, it was actually an honor to at least represent you guys for however long it does last! Once again, thank you for another great stream! Thank you for the donations, the subs, and the conversations! I am thankful to those who have come in and continue to come in!

However, i must stress that while you are in the stream, PLEASE follow the rules in place. These have been there since when GRIT WAS IN THERE! Meaning i didn't just make these up to somehow ruin your day.
Another thing, to those who keep asking if we still plan to donate, the answer is yes. We will donate what we can, when we can. Meaning if there is no support during a specific time, then we obviously cannot donate. This is not me begging for money, this is me making it clear: We cannot donate, what we do not receive. I do not wish to see anyone come by and say "why didn't you donate during X time?" because we probably didn't get the donations during that time. I will do my best to continue to honor anything we receive. But so far, i am grateful of the support we have received so far! You guys are the best, truly.

Last update for the night: As decided from myself and from old man grit, we are also going to be streaming on Kick! the link to the site is found in our bio, and you are free to follow us on there if you want to.

Now for the unpleasant side. Facebook isn't really a thriving spot. As we want to keep this alive as long as possible, we will have to at least try to venture into other spots and sites to keep it going. Grit, of course, will be playing along with us and talking in the discord whenever he can, and even he sees that this site is kinda trying to push FB gaming off the site. I'd rather not lose this because a site wants to forget that the GG side of the site even existed. Of course, you do not need to join us on the green side if you do not want to, this is merely to help anyone with their comforts and their ability to see our project live on. As always, we thank you for any support you have given us, and we are enjoying our time back with you all. Until the next stream everyone! Thanks

A few things i would like to point out before a stream ever occurs:
1. Yes, i am doing this on request of my father
2. Donations now go from just veterans to different charities entirely (mental health, vet help, and research help), with each donation to said charity having proof provided.
3. Because i'm doing this with more than just the Vet charities, i do hope they are each treated just as important as the veterans charities did.
4. I will do my best to show my face during these streams, however i am not in possession of a green screen so it will have to be a video feed in a window or something, sorry.
5. You can call me whatever you want, as long as it isn't an attempt to attack me or insult me.
6. I will aim to play with others as often as i can, just like Grit did when he was on. If i cannot find anyone to play with, i'll just wing it.
7. Despite the fact that people are quick to assume, or to bail, i will always welcome them back if they do choose to come back.
8. All in all, i do aim to continue what my father has laid out, and to continue doing my best to keep my word to you all as well as my word to him.
9. I look forward to talking to you guys in my next stream, which will be Saturday, June 29th!
10. I usually stream on twitch on my own side of things, which is usually retro games and fighting games. I will not probably do that on here as last i remember the algorithm loves COD for some reason. But i will stick to the algorithm lol

With the news being broken for everyone, i would like to say a few things: Hello! I'm Russell. You might have remembered me, but if not then i was the guy that was frequently in the streams. I'm going to be moving this forward, and i'll get this page up and running as fast as i can. I do want this to be a very supportive community, and i do understand that some of you will not like that i am not Grit. However, the changes will be in place and i hope to be streaming on here tomorrow. If you have any questions, or concerns, or even any kind of criticism, please feel free to post them below. Hello all. Time for the transparency and communication post: Grit is having to retire entirely. His health, and his vision, won't allow him to do any more streaming. While yes, he has been trying to fight back against whatever he had going wrong with him, he has not been able to sit down and play anything for a long time now without having to immediately get off. That means streams involving him are going to have to be done. However, he has informed me that he wants me to take over the page but not under the Grit name (understandably). That being said, if i do take the page, changes will be made. If you feel like you do not want to stick with this after reading this, you may leave at your own leisure without any insults, arguments, or any negativity. From now on and until the very end, i do hope you all have a great day and a wonderful time in your lives. Thank you for the kindness, support, and the time you shared with Grit! He will always be grateful for all of that.
