Axie Infinity : Origin Alpha Q&A

Please read this before asking questions

Q : How to Download and install Origin?
A :
1. Open Mavis Hub
2. Install Origin
3. Play Origin
4. Login your account email/pw same as v2
5. Prompt Create new Account
6. Enter Username

Q : My Download or Installing Stuck at x% , what should i do?
A : Try These
- Cancel and retry
- Clean Uninstall Mavis Hub ( Dont forget to remove the axie related folders in %appdata%) and then re install both Mavis hub and Game again
- Use different ISP
- Use a VPN

Q : Can i play both V2 and Origin on the same device without being banned? And Can i play multiple accounts for Origin on the same device?
A : Yes you can , at this time there is no such thing as " Multiaccounting " for **Origin ** cause it has no earning potential .

Q : I think i encountered a bug , what should i do?

A : Yes , All the data will be reset after the alpha launch is over and everyone starts fresh when the game officially launches .

Q : Can i use my NFT axies in Origin?
A : Yes you can , you have to complete the first tutorial and then use the sync button to sync your axies just like in V2

Q : How can i Change my In-game Name in Origin?
A : atm you cant do that .

Q : When i enter my account's Email and password it says to create a new account although i already have an account , what should i do?
A : this is normal , just click on yes and write a name your account and ur good to go .

Q : I get the error : " Invalid Rune ..."
A : Unequip all your runes and charms and try again .

Q : Playing Ranked Arena in Origin will affect the energy on V2?
A : No it Wont .

Q : Can i Play Origin on my Mobile?
A : No atm Origin is Only Available on PC/MAC.

Q : The game is not running in FullScreen, what should i do ?
A : Finish the initial Tutorial , and when in the main menu , click on settings button on top right and Enable full-screen option . you can also adjust the Screen resolution .

Q : I want to switch to another account , what should i do ?
A : Click on the settings button on top right , and Click on Logout .
