⚫️ Integrating Wakatta into games, metaverses & dApps ⚫️

— Wakatta is designed as a turnkey solution: even projects that have never used blockchain will be able to integrate it with the help of the team. A project won’t need to hire any extra devs or write smart contracts: the specialists from Wakatta will help to understand what kind of structure is needed, then implement it. It can be simple NFTs, time-limited. upgradable, a whole GameFi mechanism, or something else.

— Of course, a dApp project that already has experience working with Substrate or Ethereum can also integrate Wakatta on their own. It’s an EVM-compatible network. Here are a few examples of projects that can benefit from Wakatta NFTs:

Will dApps of the future be on mobile?

— In June, Solana presented its first crypto phone, Saga. It doesn’t just have a built-in crypto wallet: there's a whole dApp store. The phone uses a special new technology called Solana Mobile Stack, which should make it easier to use blockchain on mobile devices.

— At the presentation, the executives stressed that most users in the world now access the internet, apps and games from their phones and not from a computer. But crypto is falling behind: most blockchain games and DeFi protocols don’t have a mobile app.

— Wakatta’s sister project, Sensorium Galaxy, has a great mobile app, though it doesn’t feature blockchain yet. Once Sensorium moves to Wakatta, smooth dApp and NFT experience on mobile with Wakatta will become reality.

NFT gaming raises $2.5B in Q1 2022

— Even with the current market correction, blockchain gaming is still growing faster than any other niche in the crypto industry. In Q1 2022 alone, gaming projects raised $2.5 billion, while in all of 2021 they attracted $4 billion.

— Also, 1.22 million unique wallets interacted with gaming projects in March. Overall crypto gaming activity is up 2,000% year-on-year. So far 2022 is on track to become the biggest year for games yet.

Exploring Wakatta's roadmap

The development of Wakatta has been moving forward fast — it was introduced to the public at Token2049 in London in October 2021, and by May 2022 it already had a functioning private testnet and has several active partners, including Roborace and .ART. Another important achievement was the inclusion in Parity's official Substrate Builders Program.

— The team of Wakatta has a lot planned for the near future:

• Summer 2022: incentivized public testnet launch
• Q4 2022: Integrating the Sensorium Galaxy dApp into the Wakatta sandbox
• Q1 2023: Wakatta mainnet launch
• 2023: Wakatta Ecosystem Fund
