Hi, this is Karen Hoyer. As you all may know, James Donlon was my mime teacher at North Carolina School of the Arts in the late '70s. These photos are from that era, I distinctly remember them from a brochure from that time. He was an inspiration to me from the beginning, a brilliant performer, an exacting but encouraging teacher, a mentor who changed the course of my life, and I am very happy to say a good friend and colleague in our current adventure with performance projects and this podcast.
