Some news regarding my ear infection:

Both of my ears are now infected. I'm now temporarily deaf. Although my ENT told me that it should be cured after 2-3 days after application of medication. Hopefully it goes away soon.

Lesson: Don't use headphones for extremely long periods of time. Dry your ears often.

Recently got diagnosed with an ear infection and got into a bike accident, so I'd be streaming less high-stress games such as CS:GO and Valorant. Although, I'll still play CONTROL and :The Longing:. Hope you guys understand!

Interesting graph of the average ranks of Filipino CSGO players in Valorant.

From SEM up to SMFC, there is an increasing trend where the starting rank for Valorant is Silver 3 and the ending rank is Diamond 1.

Not enough data points are collected for S2, S3 and SE, meanwhile for S1 and S4 are questionable in their rank average. A probable cause is that they haven't played CSGO long enough to determine their real rank or they are more comfortable playing Valorant than CSGO.

Disclaimer: Even though Valorant and CSGO are FPS games, they're still two different games altogether. With different maps and skills to hone. Although it is still evident that there is a visible trend between the two. Furthermore, I am not a statistician. I just made use of a spreadsheet and averages.

Peeker's advantage

Peeking o pagsilip/pagdungaw ay isang uri ng movement na ginagamit sa FPS (first person shooter) para makita ang kalaban ng di masyado naeexpose. Importanteng bagay ang peeking dahil ito'y gamit sa pag corner check na kung saan madalas may nagtatagong kalaban. Nakakalamang ang pag corner check dahil sa phenomenon na tinatawag na "Peeker's advantage". Mas marami kang oras para makapag react kumpara dun sa nagtatago.
