Tomorrow night -- Wednesday, Oct. 2, the public is invited learn more about the plans/vision for Pulte Home's mixed-use master planned community (NorthPark Planned Unit Development) proposing 19,247 dwelling units west of I-17 and south of Loop 303. An informal neighborhood meeting is happening tomorrow, Wednesday, Oct. 2 at 6 p.m. at Goelet A. C. Beuf Community Center, 3435 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix. This is the first in a series of public meetings to discuss the project and the rezoning process with the City of Phoenix.

Neighbors are invited to join in a virtual public meeting today (Monday, June 17) at 2 p.m. to hear about and weigh in on the latest on North Valley Christian Academy's plans for the vacant parcel they own just north of the intersection of 27th Drive and Westland Road. Residents in the area have expressed the need for a stop light at the busy intersection. According to the agenda, NVCA is planning a preschool and parking lot on the parcel.
