OKSÝS, PININFARINA’S FIRST DESIGN COLLECTOR’S ITEM

« Over nearly a century, Pininfarina has been able to expand and develop different design fields, including transportation, industrial design, architecture, interior design, and automotive design. The « collection » approach nevertheless remains anchored in the history of the Turin-based brand since its foundation in 1930 by Gian-Battista Pinin Farina. Its primary vocation was to create unique and luxurious cars like collector’s items. For example, the emblematic Cisitalia 202, manufactured in 1947. This small aerodynamic revolution was the first car model to join the collection of the MoMA in New York in 1972. »
