The McLaren P1 is a limited production hybrid supercar manufactured by McLaren Automotive. It was introduced in 2013 at the Geneva Motor Show and only 375 units were produced.
The P1 is powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine coupled with an electric motor, which provides a combined power output of 903 horsepower and 722 lb-ft of torque. The car can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.6 seconds and has a top speed of 217 mph.
The P1 features a carbon fiber monocoque chassis, which provides a lightweight and strong structure for the car. It also has an active aerodynamics system that adjusts the car's rear wing and front flaps to provide maximum downforce during cornering and high-speed driving.
The interior of the P1 is focused on the driver, with a minimalist dashboard and carbon fiber racing seats. The car also has a high-tech instrument cluster that displays vital information such as speed, rpm, and battery charge level.
Each McLaren P1 was sold for $1.15 million, and all 375 units were sold out within a few months of the car's introduction. The P1 is widely regarded as one of the most advanced and technologically sophisticated supercars ever made.
