Save this post for future reference!

🍷One of the questions I receive often is whether clients can drink alcohol in my 6-week program. The answer is yes, of course, but we do have to account for it.

Alcohol doesn't really fit into a macro category, so we have an easy calculation to add it as either a carb or even a fat.

Abstaining or curbing your alcohol intake will certainly help in achieving your fat loss goals, but if you want to have a cocktail (or two), it can fit into the program.

Peace, quiet, solitude. I love this time of day. No one is up yet but me.

This is when I plan my day. Podcast prep, answer emails and DMs... Sometimes, I just sit and breathe.

In recent months I have needed to take these moments to reflect and center myself. Stress can do some wicked things to the body. I wanted to take control and make my own path, as I was letting a big decision dominate my wellbeing.

After much thought I decided it was time to retire from the corporate world and follow my heart and my passion. I will continue to host the Asking for a Friend podcast and use this platform to launch my business. More to come so stay tuned! ☺️
