TWO DAYS TO GO!

Joe, Steph and Beth will set off from Clydebank on Sunday morning and walk the 14 miles to Balloch, all to raise funds for KCC.

Funds raised through the Kiltwalk will mean we can continue offering free activities, services and events to everyone in the community. Thank you all so much for your support and donations so far ❤️

More fantastic funding news for us this week 🥳 we are delighted to share that we have been successful in our application to The National Lottery Community Fund's Awards for All programme.

This funding will allow us to host another completely free Harvest Festival in September and to run our community garden for two years!

🥳 8 WEEKS AND 6 DAYS until KCC takes on the Kiltwalk once again!!! 🥳

🌟 We reopen on Monday 15th January! 🌟

Unfortunately due to last months flooding, we are still closed whilst we continue to dry out the main room and have essential works done. All activities will restart from Monday 15th January.

🌟 We want to say a huge thank you to Carntyne Food Bank for their very kind donation of cooking gadgets and equipment! 🌟

Over the last month we've given 22 residents 58 various items - including air fryers, toasters, kettles, health grills, slow cookers and blenders - to help them feel more prepared in the kitchen for Christmas and the year ahead. Everyone was so grateful for this wee boost, and one resident even went straight home to make a roast dinner 😁

The amazing people at Carntyne Food Bank have also supported us with getting residents things they need for the home and keeping our community pantry, wardrobe and fridge well stocked since we began working together this year. We can't thank you enough for everything!
