Everyday, we see the covert attacks on minority entrepreneurs who make it to a certain level where we're being undermined in corporate settings as if we are not knowledgeable in those areas. Utah is known for the passive aggressive comments that are fueled with subliminal racial intent to humiliate our intelligence and capabilities to provide business services for the community. We have to understand the psychological mindset of these individuals inorder to deal with racism. We ask minorities have always been a target of injustice and inequality. We must stand together and lead by example in a peaceful manner. We have to look at everyone as Americans and not by their pigmentation.

Kamala Harris spoke on how we can move forward as Americans. “I don’t think America is a racist country,” Harris said. “But we also do have to speak truth about the history of racism in our country, and it’s existence today.”

James Wolfgramm is Innocent. After being attacked by Utah racist caucasian business owners filing frivolous claims with the FBI. James Wolfgramm a Tongan & German Entrepreneur has advocated his love and generosity to the Utah Polynesian community by providing funding for the Urban Community and to combat against Gang activities and violence.

Utah has a long history of racism disguised under passive aggressive behavior against minority business owners who try to deregulate the old money good ole boys club in Utah. Recently a article was published on KSL regarding him being involved in some nefarious activities which claimed that he was part of this mastermind bitcoin ring trying to defraud MLM members on a bitcoin mining financing deal. In this case his ex employee Dr. Pinegar, Mike Kotter a Lehi resident has stolen the mining equipment and worked out a backdoor deal with James Wolfgramm and Bitex competitor in a secluded warehouse in Bluffdale, Utah according to private investigators.

In the other allegations, James has been persecuted before being charged with online defamation by Utah News Network and online NFT digital online websites. He has currently sued Jay & Jeri Olsen who are the owners of Sport City for unlawfully blocking his access to the building and preventing him to continue to do business. According to the lawsuit against the Olsens, they have defrauded James Wolfgramm and illegally confiscated his property. In return the Olsens attorney Lavar Christiansen filed a Counter-Claim against James Wolfgramm stating that James defrauded them. The Olsens attorney Lavar Christiansen, has given details to Federal Agents and news outlets to discredit James Wolfgramm character. These are the kind of unethical conduct that White Privileged Bureaucracy does in Utah to depict minority entrepreneurs as thugs and criminals inorder to win a case.

The ongoing struggle continues for James Wolfgramm. He also stated " We will always be a athlete, bouncer, bodyguard, funny, and the big guys in the room to them. Regardless of how educated we are, they'll always undermine us no matter what! Where are the ACLU at? When we need help."
